    Sessions are typically available within 48 hours. For urgent listings, same-day or next-day sessions are often possible — there's a rush fee for sessions within 24 hours. We respond to every booking request within 2 hours during business hours.

    After you submit the form, we contact you (via WhatsApp, text, or email — your choice) with 2–3 specific time slots available in your area. You pick the one that works. If none fits, special requests are welcome — just call or text.

    The tier you select gives us a starting estimate. Actual square footage is confirmed at the session. If the property falls into a different tier, the final invoice reflects the correct tier price. We always discuss this with you before adjusting — no surprises.

    No travel fees for Miami-Dade, Broward, or Palm Beach counties. For the Florida Keys (Key Largo, Islamorada, Marathon, Key West) a travel fee applies — we'll quote it when you tell us the address.

    Cancellations more than 1 hour before the session are free. If the photographer has already arrived on-site, the full session fee applies — this protects the time slot we held for you. Rescheduling is always free as long as we have 1+ hour notice.
